Sydney Scoreboard gains momentum! JOHANNA ADRIAANSE, IWG Co-chair, is pleased to share with you that the Sydney Scoreboard has gained momentum. So far 32 countries have contributed to the project by providing information about women’s representation on Boards of their National Sport Federations and many more countries have pledged their support. The information includes the ratio of women’s directors, gender of the President and Secretary-General for each sport. The Sydney Scoreboard, legacy of the 5th IWG World Conference on Women and Sport, is the only project of its kind in the world documenting the gender composition of sport Boards. We hope that making the facts visible will be an impetus for sport organisations to get more women on their Boards.
